Noel Ison

Managing Director

Noel Ison is Ison Contracting’s Owner/Managing Director.  With 25 years contract operating experience, Noel has extensive knowledge in providing services to the gas, coal and rural industries.

Noel is regularly interacting with key individuals providing solutions for clients and mentoring and developing the team.

He is methodical and level minded, resulting in the loyalty and growth of both the Ison Contracting team and its clients.

Brett Redgen

Projects Manager

Brett is Ison Contracting’s Senior Supervisor and Projects Manager. Brett manages project delivery from inception to completion.

Managing civil maintenance and construction work crews who undertake a wide range of civil works including road maintenance, vegetation management, erosion and sediment control, road and pad construction, drainage and culvert repairs and rehabilitation works.

Brett’s main focus is ensuring all WHS and client requirements are adhered to and work is carried out safely, on time and within budget.

Laurell Ison

Administration Manager

Laurell is Ison Contracting’s Office Manager and Human Relations Officer.

Laurell is responsible for the office administration and management for the business, supporting the companys’ operations by implementing and maintaining office systems and human resources. 

She is responsible for running and coordinating the day to day administrative duties of the business.

Charlie Redgen

Site Supervisor/Live Excavation Supervisor/HSE Officer

Charlie is Ison Contracting’s Site Supervisor and Live Excavation Supervisor.

Charlie has worked in the Civil Construction and Earthmoving industry for 10 years, completing a vast range of projects from bulk earthworks to final trim earthworks.  Numerous years completing Mechanical Live Service Excavations, Charlie has developed a great knowledge and understanding of the processes and procedures required to undertake a mechanical Live Excavation safely and to standard.

Charlie’s Certificate IV in Civil Construction Supervision paired with his Certificate IV in Workplace Healthy and Safety gives him the perfect tools to implement and manage safety and quality systems while still maintaining great production and cost saving.
